I'm constantly being swamped with work these days, mostly unimportant stuffs. Nonetheless, it is these unimportant mundane stuffs that take up most of my precious time and prevent me from doing the more important stuffs. Damn, prison break just got more exciting. So i decided to put in some real work for the project which is due in a week and the exams which are in 2 weeks time. Before which I got something more important to do. I need to type this blog entry. Actually, I got nothing much to type about. My life is as exciting as those of a caveman's, minus the running away from saber tooth tigers part. Even my holidays are tranquil (or boring)...

I think i am hopelessly stuck in a continuous cycle of conflicting moral values. It seems like I can get from being excruciatingly kind to being utterly cruel. Yesterday, I was unforgiving incriminating and insidiously menacing. Today, all was forgiven; with no trace of yesterday's anger in the today's self deprecatory humor. But i can still see the ghost of yesterday.

i'm so screwed up.

The well connected london underground, the many buses on the roads; london's public transport totally reminds me of singapore's . Only difference is the price. To take a 4 stops ride along the Metro line would cost you 4 pounds dammit!! the metro's are spaced only ard 400m apart. Which explains why i prefer walking. After walking for a few streets, i began on a mission. To hunt for all the street names which i used to see on my monopoly board game. I spotted Fleet Street, Oxford Street, King Cross Station, Whitechapel, Bond Street, Bow Street and etc etc..

In a captivating shade of blue, the sky was a perfect background for one of London's most famous attraction. The London eye could be seen from almost every corner of the capital, the size of which was matched by its equally exorbitant fare. Looking up from below the giant wheel, he could only imagine the breathtaking paranomic that one can see when one is at the top. Like an exuberant child, he was fascinated by the city's mixed vibes. London's Victorian architecture carries with it the old romantic charm of Paris curiously immersed in the fast paced sea of modernly dressed city dwellers.

After a whole afternoon of walking, he was magnetically drawn towards the comfortable looking deck chairs propped up on the lush green grass in Hyde Park. He sat down to rest his tired legs and took out a book. Sitting in a city garden, basking under the sun with a good book in hand. What a way to spend the whole afternoon Just when he was about to flip the page to find the killer, he heard a voice over his head.

"Can i sit here?". He looked up from his book to the asian girl who was pointing to the seat beside him.
"It's going to cost you, if you want to sit down beside me to chat you know. 4hrs for 2 pds, and 2hrs for 1.5pds."

"deck chairs in hyde park."-cj

"the deck chairs are not free. 4hrs for 2pds.. 2hrs for 1.5pds."-cj

She sat down.

root three

I’m sure that I will always be
A lonely number like root three

The three is all that’s good and right,
Why must my three keep out of sight
Beneath the vicious square root sign,
I wish instead I were a nine

For nine could thwart this evil trick,
with just some quick arithmetic

I know I’ll never see the sun, as 1.7321
Such is my reality, a sad irrationality

When hark! What is this I see,
Another square root of a three

As quietly co-waltzing by,
Together now we multiply
To form a number we prefer,
Rejoicing as an integer

We break free from our mortal bonds
With the wave of magic wands

Our square root signs become unglued
Your love for me has been renewed
