too close for comfort

We were told to adopt the close embrace position for bachata. I thought as a guy I have no problem getting physically close to a girl since I have nothing to lose. The girl should be the one who feels uncomfortable with the large surface area of contact. I was so wrong. The reverse, however, was true. My dance partner made the most outrageous comment to me today. She said to me, "What is the space between out chest for?" :-O

err.. to safeguard your modesty? 

Before I can even blurt that out, she squeezed me into a tighter embrace position and said, "Ahh like this is better."

Girls who dance are of a different breed. I am half thinking of labeling this as an AWESOME post.
