Different abbreviations meant different things at different point of our lives. I was arranging to meet a friend for dinner when she said,"Let's meet at JP for dinner." It took a while before I manage to rationalize what JP stands for in her context. Times have changed.
MS no longer stands for Microsoft
JP no longer stands for Jurong Point
CS no longer stands for Counter Strike
DB no longer stands for Detention Barracks
maybe it's just me and my obsession?
